Conditions For Returns Due to Change of Mind

If for some reason an item is not suitable and you would like to return your purchase, don't worry! Please make contact within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return. We can only accept change of mind returns provided they are in their original condition without any signs of wear or marks/stains. Please note however, we do not accept returns on custom/personalised items. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returning Goods That Are Damaged

If your item arrives damaged, we're very sorry to hear that! Please email us with clear photos of both the item & the postal packaging in question, and we will refund your money. Please ensure this is done within 14 days of receiving your item. In this case we will cover the return shipping costs.
